Can I talk to someone before placing an online order?
Of course. Phone us on 07891 663190. We don’t have a call centre. You won’t be left on hold. We’re pretty much available 24/7 (within reason!). If we miss your call, we’ll phone you back straight away.

How long will it take you to reply to an email?
We guarantee to answer email enquiries within 12 hours – but it’s usually much faster than that!

How quickly will you despatch my order?
All products are sold from stock, so you receive your item as fast as possible. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will contact you immediately.

What if I’m not 100% happy with my purchase?
We have a no quibbles returns policy. Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

Do you make your own metal products?
We work with local manufacturers, as well as sourcing items from all over the world. Many of the items we sell are exclusive to The Metal House.

Do you price match?
If you see a product anywhere online cheaper then we will do our best to match that price. If you see a product elsewhere that is made by one of our manufacturers that we don’t have on our website, please contact us we can usually get hold of the item and can do a great price.

Will my payment be secure on your website?
Our website is 100% safe and secure; it uses Sagepay, the leading payment service provider for online businesses.
