Replacement Fuel Hose for VW Corrado VR6

Made in Germany, this Replacement Fuel Hose for VW Corrado VR6 is the must-fit for future proofing your fuel lines. This fuel hose is suitable for all modern fuels, including E10 and beyond, up to E85.

Though a bit more expensive than many other fuel hose, this is the hose to fit and forget. We’ve used this hose on our own Corrado and we know it’s worth the money.

Price is for a 2 metre length. This is more than enough to replace the two lines in the engine bay between the hard lines and the fuel rail as well as the pipes on the fuel filter.

Description:

7.3mm inside diameter which ensures a perfect fit with the factory 8mm or 5/16″ pipes and fittings. This has an O.D of 13.5mm.
Manufactured to and exceeds standards DIN 73379 Type B1 and SAE J30 R9
Suitable for use with all commercial and pump grade fuels including Petrol (E5, E10 and up to E85)
Max working pressure of 10 BAR and a burst pressure of 50 BAR.
This hose has a wide working temperature range from -40°C up to +125°C
Made of multiple, high performance layers; an FPM (Fluor Elastomer) Rubber inner, an ECO (Epichlorohydrin) Rubber intermediate, Braided Aramid Fibre reinforcement and an ECO (Epichlorohydrin) Rubber outer.
The hose is supple and highly flexible which makes fitting very easy.
Has a natural Black Rubber finish with the part number, size and specification printed on the side.
Can be secured to the hard pipe using ‘Jubilee’ type hose clips, crimp collars or OEM style ‘ear’ hose clips. We recommend using new clips with your new hose (not supplied).
Can be cut using snips or a good knife.
As used and approved by BMW and VW – so you know it’s of the highest quality.

Applications:

Perfect for use on Classic, Vintage and older vehicles (actually, anything pre-2010) where the original hoses are not designed for todays modern pump fuels containing up to 10% ethanol content (E10).
Ideal for use as a replacement of a perished hose or for new builds, rebuilds and restorations.
